       River whether it be named or Called Elizabeth Choice Neglect Moor Fields
       Biters Bitt or Dallam's Self Preservation Containing Three hundred and forty
       Acres within the bounds and Discriptions following to wit Begining
       at the end of the North west fifty nine perch Line of the said Tract Called
       Dallam's Self Preservation and running thence North and by west Sixty
       two perches until it intersects a tract of Land Called Williams Ridge
       thence west by south two hundred and seven perches untill it intersects a
       Tract of Land Called Friendship thence south by east two hundred &
       Sixteen perches until it intersects that part of Dallam's Self Preservation
       formerly sold to Godfrey Waters then with the said Waters's Part on the Divis^i^on
       line untill it intersects the north forty eight perch line of the whole Tract
       then with the same Tract to the said beginning also beginning at the
       end of the north Eighty two Degrees east thirty perch Line of the said
       Waters's part of the said Tract and running on and with the said Waters's
       part aforesaid North Eight Degrees west sixty perches north sixty two
       Degrees east twenty eight perches north Sixteen Degrees east fifteen  
       Perches then North thirty Degrees East forty six perches untill it intersects
       the north three hundred and Sixteen perch Line of the said Tract then
       with the same Line reversed until it intersects the part of the same
       Land Sold by the said Dallam to George Presbury then with the said
       George Presbury's part aforesaid to the said last aforementioned beginning
       Together with the Buildings Edifices Fencing Advantages
       Improvements & Appurtenances and the Reversions and Reversions
       Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues & Profits thereof & of every
       part and parcell thereof and all the Estate Right Title Interest use trust
       property Claim and demand whatsoever of him the said William Dallam
       and his heirs of in or to the same & every part thereof To have & To hold
       the said Parcel of Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances hereby
       bargained & sold or meant or mentioned so to be unto the said Beale
