Ex.d   This Indenture made the twenty eighth Day of January in the
       year of our Lord one thousand Seven hundred and fifty nine between Charles
       Peirpoint of Annarundel County Planter of the one part and Edward Dorsey
       of Annapolis Gentleman of the Other Part Witnesseth that the said Charles
       Peirpoint for and in Consideration of the Sume of Twenty one pounds fourteen
       Shillings Sterling and twenty seven Pounds four Shillings and four
       Pence Current Money to him in hand paid by the said Edward Dorsey
       hath given granted bargained sold aliened enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these
       Presents doth give grant bargain sell alien enfeoff & Confirm unto the said
       Edward Dorsey and his heirs all that Tract or Parcell of Land Called
       Cannon's Lott containg two hundred Acres of Land Lying and being
       in Baltimore County and also all and singular the Houses Buildings
       Orchards Fences and Gardens thereunto belonging and also the Reversion
       & Reversions Remainder & Remainders Right Estate Interest
       Benefit Claim and Demand Whatsoever of him the said Charles
       Peirpoint of in & to all & singular the Premisses To have and to
       hold the said the said Tract of Land herein before mentioned and Intended
       to be hereby granted with all and singular its appurtenances unto
       the said Edward Dorsey his heirs and Assigns for ever to the only
       use of the said Edward Dorsey his Heirs and Assigns for ever & the s.d
       Charles Peirpoint the said Parcel of Land with the appurtenances
       aforesaid unto him the said Edward Dorsey his Heirs Executors
       Administrators & Assigns against all Persons whatsoever shall &
       will Warrant and defend by these Presents Provided always and
       these Presents are upon this Condition Nevertheless that if the
       said Charles Peirpoint his Executors or Administrators shall well
       and truly pay or cause to be paid to the said Edward Dorsey his
       Executors Administrators or Assigns the said Sums of Twenty
