350) one Pounds fourteen Shillings Sterling & twenty seven pounds four Shillings & four pence Current Money at or before the twentieth Day of January next with Legal Interest for the same from the Date hereof together with the Charge of drawing and Recording this Conveyance then this present Indenture and the Estate thereby made shall cease and determine and the aforesaid Land became the Right and Estate of the said Charles Peirpoint any thing herein contained to the Contrary notwithstanding And the said Charles Peirpoint for himself his heirs Executors and Administrators and every of them doth Covenant ^Promise^ and agree to and with the said Edward Dorsey his Executors and Administrators by these Presents that he the said Charles Peirpoint his Heirs Executors or Administrators shall & will well and truly pay the said Sums of Twenty one pounds fourteen Shillings Sterling and twenty seven pounds four Shillings & four pence Current Money At the Day of payment aforesaid with Legal Interest for the same from the Date hereof together with the Charges of drawing and Recording this Deed according to the true Intent & Meaning of these Presents In Witness whereof the Parties to these presents have hereunto interchangeably set their Hands and Seals the Day and year first above Written Sealed and delivered the words (all that Tract or parcell of Land Char Peirepoint Called, being first interlined) in the Presence of Basil Dorsey Jun.r John Hall Jun.r On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written To wit |
