           On the Back of the aforegoing bond was thus written

       On the Day and Year within mentioned Came before us two
       of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court the within
       named Daniel Dulany Benjamin Tasker Jun & Walter
       Dulany and Entered into the within Bond According to the
       Directions of the Act of assembly in such Case made and Provided
       In testimony whereof we have hereunto affixed our hands the
       same Day & Year                  John Brice
                                                                   Geo Steuart

       On the same Day and year immediately after the Execution of
       the within Bond the within Witnesses to the same made Oath
       on the Holy Evangelists that they saw the within named
       Obligors seal and Deliver the within Bond as their Act &
       Deed In Testimony whereof we have hereunto affixed our
       hands the same Day and year

       To the Clerk of the Provincial Court
                                     We do hereby order you immediately to Enter
       the Within Bond with the several Endorsements thereon in
       the Provincial Land Records and after such Entry on Record
       do direct you to lodge immediately the Original Bond into
       the Clerk of the Council in Testimony whereof we have hereunto
       affixed our hands the Day and year af.d
