332) and afterwards shall make Default whereby one or more Recovery or Recoveries, Judgment or Judgments may be had & given for the said Thomas Sparrow for Recovery of the said Land and Premisses as aforesaid against the said Ferdinando Brewer and for the said Ferdinando Brewer to recover over in Value against the Common Vouchee according to the Form of Common Recoveries in such Cases used and it is further covenanted granted and agreed by and between the Parties to these Presents and the true intent and meaning of the Parties to these Presents is that from & immediately after the ^said^ Common Recovery or Recoveries shall be had and prosecuted as aforesaid of the ^said^ Lands & Premisses the said Recovery or Recoveries Shall be and Enure and are hereby declared to have been intended to be and enure that the said Thomas Sparrow and every other Person that shall be Seized of the Premisses or any part thereof by Virtue of the said Common Recovery or Recoveries shall stand and be Seized thereof and of every part and Parcell thereof with their and every of their appurtenances to the Only Use and behoof of the said Ferdenando Brewer his Heirs & Assigns and to no other Use intent or Purpose 5 sides Whatsoever In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto ^Interchangeably^ set their Hands and Seals the Day and Year first above Written Sealed and Delivered Ferdinando Brewer S in the Presence of Zach.r Maccubbin Jun.r Tho Sparrow S Recorded 13 Oct.r 1758 (E Dorsey) |
