       Came before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the
       Provincial Court the within named Samuel Chew Thomas Lane Weems
       and Edward Dorsey and acknowledged the within Deed to be their
       Act and Deed according to the True intent and Meaning thereof and
       the Act of Assembly in Such Case made and provided   Acknowledged
10 sid before me the 17.th day of September 1758

Ex.d This Indenture made the tenth Day of February in the Year
       of our Lord One thousand Seven Hundred and forty Six Between
       Ferdinando Brewer of Ann Arundell County Planter of the one Part &
       Thomas Sparrow of Ann Arundell County Planter of the other Part Witnesseth
       that it is Covenanted Concluded and agreed ^upon^ between the Parties to these
       Presents for them and their Hairs that it shall and May be Lawfull
       for the said Thomas Sparrow before the last day of the next Provincial
       Court to prosecute out of the High Court of Chancery one or more writ or writs
       of Entry sur Disseisin in the Post against the said Ferdenando Brewer
       Returnable to the next Provincial Court whereby the said Thomas Sparrow
       shall and may Demand against the said Ferdenando Brewer one
       Moiety of that Part of a Tract or Parcell of Plantable Land with the
       appurtenances Called Brewerston lying in Ann Arundell County Beginning
       at a Bounded white Oak being the Second Bounder of the
       Original Survey of the whole Tract, thence South by East one hundred
       and thirty Perches thence west by South three hundred and twenty
       Perches thence North by west one hundred and thirty Perches thence
       by a streight line to the first Bounder by such Name or Names
       Quantity or Quantities of acres as shall be thought fit and requisite
       to which writ or writs the said Ferdinando Brewer shall appear
       in Proper Person and Shall Vouch over to warrantee the Common
       Vouchee and the Common Vouchee shall appear and Imparle
