       the said Lands and Premisses belonging and also the Reversion and
       Reversions Remainder and Remainders Right Estate Interest
       Benefit Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the Said Philip Thomas
       of in and to all and Singular the Said Premisses and of in and to every
       Part and Parcel of them by Virtue of the before mentioned Deeds
       or by the Said Decree of the High Court of Chancery of this Province
       or by any other ways whatsoever   To have and to Hold all and
       singular the Said Tracts or Parcels of Land and all and Singular
       other the Premisses herein before Mentioned and intended to be
       hereby granted with their and every of their Appurtenances unto
       the Said Henrietta Maria Dulany her Heirs and Assigns for ever
       to the only use and Behoof of the Said Henrietta Maria Dulany
       her Heirs and Assigns for ever And the aforesaid Philip Thomas
       for himself and his Heirs doth hereby covenant grant and Agree
       to and with the Said Henrietta Maria Dulany her Heirs and
       Assigns for ever that he the Said Philip Thomas and his Heirs
       the bargained and Sold Premisses with the Appurtenances only
       against the said Philip Thomas and his Heirs and against a
       Certain William Thornton late of Ann Arundel County but now
       of Cecil County and his Heirs and all and every ^other^ Person or Persons
       any thing having or Claiming in the Premisses by from or under
       the Said Philip Thomas or William Thornton And not against any
       other Person or Persons or in any other Manner whatsoever to the
       Said Henrietta Maria Dulany her Heirs and Assigns shall and
       will Warrant and for ever Defend Provided always and it
       is the true Intent and Meaning of these Presents that nothing
       herein Contained shall be deemed Construed or taken to Oblige the
       Said Philip Thomas or his Heirs to make good any Part or
       Parcel of either of the said Tracts of Land which may lye
