       Ninth and thirtieth day of April in the Year of our Lord
       One thousand Seven hundred and fifty two did Convey to the
       said Philip Thomas Esquire and his Heirs the aforesaid
       Tract or Parcel of Land called Clagets Forrest and the aforesaid
       Tract or Parcel of Land called Bonds Gratuity as by the said Deeds
       of Lease and Release also Recorded in the Provincial Court Office
       of this Province Reference being thereunto had may more fully
       and at Large appear   Now this Indenture Witnesseth
       that the Said Philip Thomas for and in Consideration of the
       Sum of five hundred Pounds Current Money of Maryland to him
       in hand paid by the said Henrietta Maria Dulany before the
       Ensealing and Delivery of these Presents the Receipt whereof
       the said Philip Thomas doth hereby acknowledge and thereof
       and of every Part and Parcel thereof doth exonerate and Discharge
       the said Henrietta Maria Dulany her Executors and
       Administrators by these Presents and for divers other good
       Causes and Considerations him thereunto moving he the said
       Philip Thomas Hath given granted bargained Sold aliened
       enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these Presents doth give
       grant bargain Sell alien enfeoff and Confirm unto the
       Said Henrietta Maria Dulany and her Heirs all that
       Tract or Parcel of land lying and being in Baltimore
       County called Clagets Forrest Containing according to the
       Certificate of Resurvey thereof One thousand three hundred
       and Seven Acres more or less And also all that Tract or
       Parcel of Land Scituate lying and being in the said County
       called Bonds Gratuity containing four hundred Acres more
       or less and all the Houses Edifices Buildings Improvements
       Profits Commodities and Advantages whatsoever to the
