       within or be taken away by any Elder Survey or Surveys
       or be hereafter recovered from the said Henrietta Maria Dulany
       her Heirs or Assigns by the extent of any Such elder Survey
       or Surveys   In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents
       have hereunto interchangeably Set their Hands and Seals
       the Day and Year first within Written
       Sealed and Delivered
       In the Presence of                        P Thomas   Seal
       James Tilghman
       H Darnall

       At the foot of the aforegoing Deeds was thus Written to wit

       Received August the 3.d 1758 of M.rs Henrietta Maria
       Dulany the Sum of five hundred pounds Current Money
       of Maryland being the Consideration Money within
       mentioned
       Witness                                          p P Thomas
          Geo Steuart

       The within named Philip Thomas came before me the
       Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial
       Court and acknowledged the within Deed to be his Act and
       Deed and the Lands and Premisses therein Mentioned to
       be the Right and Estate of the Said Henrietta Maria
       Dulany according to the true Intent and Meaning of the
       Said Deed And at the Same time Came Ann the Wife of the
       said Philip Thomas who being by me privately examined and
       out of the Hearing of her said Husband declared that she freely
       and Voluntarily relinquished and gave up all her Right of
       Dower in the Said Lands and that she was not induced
                                                                         (thereto)
