       of Ann Arundel County aforesaid Gentleman of the third part
       Witnesseth that the said Patrick Hamilton and Anna his Wife
       for and in Consideration of the Sum of five Shillings Sterling Money
       to them in hand paid by the said William Steuart at or before the
       Sealing and Delivery of these Presents the Receipt whereof is
       hereby acknowledged and for the Docking Barring and Extinguishing
       all Estates Taile and all Reversions and Remainders thereupon
       expectant or depending of and in the Lands Tenements and Hereditaments
       herein after Mentioned they the Said Patrick Hamilton
       and Anna his Wife by and with the Advice and Consent of the
       Said Thomas Johnson Junior testified by his being a Party to and
       his Sealing and executing these presents Have and each of them
       Hath granted bargained Sold aliened released and Confirmed
       And by these presents Do and each of them Doth grant
       bargain Sell alien release and Confirm into the Said William
       Steuart (in his Actual Possession now being by Virtue of a
       bargain and Sale to him thereof made by the Said Patrick
       Hamilton for the Consideration of five Shillings Sterling
       Money by Indenture bearing Date the day next before the
       day of the date of these presents for one whole Year Commencing
       from the Day next before the Day of the Date thereof and by Force
       of the Statute for transferring Uses into Possession) his Heirs and
       Assigns All that Tract or Parcel of Land lying and being in Queen
       Anns County aforesaid on the Northermost End of the said Island
       of Kent Beginning at the Mouth of a Creek called Love Point
       Creek and running North North East by the Bay for the Length
       of Two hundred perches unto Love Point and bounding on the
       West by the Said Bay of Chesapeak by a line drawn South South
       West from the Said Point for the Length of three hundred and
