       for Transferring Uses into Possession) the Said William
       Steuart may be in the Actual Possession of the Premisses
       and be thereby enabled to take and accept a Grant and
       Release of the Reversion and Inheritance thereof to him
       and his Heirs to Such Uses as shall be thereby declared
       In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have
       hereunto interchangeably set their Hands and Affixed
       their Seals the Day and Year first above written
