318) sixty perches unto a Marked Oak on the South with a Line drawn East and by South unto Love Point Creek on the East with the Said Creek on the North with the Said Bay containing four hundred Acres which Said Tract or Parcel of Land now is or late was in the Tenure and Occupation of them the said Patrick Hamilton and Anna his Wife and all Edifices Buildings Gardains Orchards Ways ^Waters^ Water Courses Commodities Priviledges Improvements Emoluments Advantages and Appurtenances whatsoever to the Same Tract or Parcel of Land belonging or Appertaining and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof and of every Part and Parcel thereof And all the Estate Right Title and Interest Use Trust Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of them the said Patrick Hamilton and Anna his Wife or either of them of in or to the Said Premisses or any part thereof To have and to hold the said Tract or Parcel of Land and Premisses with all and every its Rights Members and Appurtenances unto him the Said William Steuart his Heirs and Assigns to and for the Use and Behoof of the Said William Steuart his Heirs and Assigns for Ever To the Intent and Purpose that the Said William Steuart may be and become perfect Tenant of the Freehold and Inheritance of the said Premisses that a Common Recovery may ^be^ had and Suffered against him in Such Manner as is herein after Mentioned and for that Purpose it is hereby covenanted and Agreed by and between all the Said Parties to these Presents that before the End of the next September Provincial Court one or more Writ or Writs of Entry sur Disseisin en le Post shall be brought and Prosecuted at the proper Costs and Charges of him the Said Patrick ^Hamilton^ in the Name of him (the) |
