       of Ann Arundel County Gentleman of the other part Witnesseth
       that the said Patrick Hamilton for and in Consideration of the sum
       of five Shillings Sterling Money to him in hand paid by the
       Said William Steuart at or before the Sealing and Delivery of
       these Presents the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged Hath
       bargained and Sold and by these presents Doth bargain and sell
       unto the Said William Steuart All that Tract or parcel of Land
       lying and being in Queen Anns County aforesaid on the Northermost
       end of the Said Island of Kent Beginning at the Mouth of a
       Creek called Love Point Creek and running North North East by
       the Bay for the Length of Two hundred Perches unto Love Point
       and bounding on the West by the said Bay of Chesapeak by a line
       drawn South South West from the Said Point for the Length of
       three hundred and sixty Perches unto a marked Oak on the
       South with a line drawn East and by South unto Love Point
       Creek on the East with the Said Creek on the North with the
       Said Bay Containing four hundred Acres Together with all Edifices
       Buildings Gardens Orchards Ways Waters Water Courses Commodities
       Priviledges Improvements Emoluments Advantages and
       Appurtenances whatsoever to the Same Tract or Parcel of Land
       belonging or appertaining and the Reversion and Reversions
       Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof
       and of every part thereof To have and to Hold the aforesaid
       Tract or Parcel of Land and Premisses with its Rights Members
       and Appurtenances unto the Said William Steuart his Executors
       Administrators and Assigns from the Day next before the Day
       of the Date of these Presents for and During and untill the full
       End and Term of One whole year from thence next ensuing
       and fully to be Compleat and ended To the Intent and purpose
       That (by force and Virtue of these Presents and of the statute
