       Fifty Six pounds is four hundred and forty one pounds Nine
       Shillings and one penny Sterling Money the Said Henry Wright
       Crabb for and in Consideration thereof as also for and in Consideration
       of the Sum of five Shillings Sterling Money to him in hand paid
       by the Said Richard Snowden the Receipt whereof he doth hereby
       acknowledge hath Granted Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed
       Confirmed and made Over and by these Presents doth grant
       Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoff Confirm and make over unto him
       the said Richard Snowden his Heirs and Assigns all those
       Several Tracts or parcels of Land hereafter named Viz.t all that
       Tract or Parcel of Land called Valentines Garden being
       lately Resurveyed containing and now laid out for two
       thousand and Eighty five Acres more or less (except One
       hundred and fifty Acres part thereof which the Said Henry
       Wright Crabb included for the use of a Certain William Williams
       the said one hundred and fifty Acres to be laid Out for said
       Williams at the Lower end of Said Resurvey) all that part
       of a Tract or Parcel of Land called the Forrest containing five
       hundred and Nineteen Acres and an half Acre of Land more
       or less also all that Tract or parcel of Land called and known
       by the name of Lapland containing four hundred and fifty
       Acres of Land more or less and also four hundred Ninety
       Two and a half Acres part of a Tract or parcel of Land called
       King Cole all which four Several Tracts or parcels of Land
       are Scituate Lying and being in Frederick County and Contain
       in the whole Three thousand there hundred and Ninety Seven
       Acres of Land (Exclusive of ^the^ One hundred and fifty Acres
       before excepted) together with all Buildings Improvements
       Profits Commodities Appurtenances and Advantages thereunto
       belonging and Appurtaining To Have and to Hold unto
