283) him the Said Richard Snowden his Heirs and Assigns forever to his and their own proper use and Behoof and to no other use Intent or purpose whatsoever and the said Henry Wright Crabb for himself and his Heirs doth hereby Warrant and for ever defend the said four Tracts or parcels of Land and Premisses unto him the Said Richard Snowden his Heirs and Assigns forever of and from all manner of Persons claiming any right Title Interest Property or Demand thereto from by or under him the Said Henry Wright Crabb and his Heirs and Assigns for ever Provided Nevertheless and it is the true Intent and Meaning of these presents that if the said Henry Wright Crabb repay unto him the Said Richard Snowden the aforesaid sums of Money in the Several Executions as aforesaid and all the other aforesaid Debts and all Damages and Costs that have accrued thereon or hereafter may Accrue at or upon the first day of May next Ensuing the date hereof that then and in Such Case this present Deed of Conveyance shall be Void and of none Effect otherwise to be and remain in full force and Virtue in Law to all Intents and purposes whatsoever In Witness whereof the Said Henry Wright Crabb hath hereunto Set his Hand and Affixed his Seal the day and year first above written But in case the aforesaid Sum of Money Mentioned in the Execution and Debts aforesaid with the Damages and Costs as aforesaid be not paid by the time above Mentioned then it shall and may be Lawfull for the aforementioned Richard Snowden his Heirs or Assigns to Sell the aforementioned Tracts or parcels of Land and after Satisfaction made of the Money Damages and Costs mentioned in the Executions and Debts beforementioned to the Said Richard Snowden his heirs or Assigns then the Overplus of the Same of the said Land to be paid unto the said Henry Wright Crabb his Executors Administrators or Assigns any ^thing^ therein before Contained to the contrary Notwithstanding Sealed & delivered in the presents of Henry Wright Crabb seal Tho Beatty Jacob Duckett |
