       Oath on the Holy Evangelists of Almighty God that he saw
       Bartholomew Pomeroy and Joseph Janson Execute the same by
       Signing their Names and Affixing their Seals and that he also saw
       Alexander Scougall the other Subscribing Witness write his name in
       his presence            Sworn to before

Ex.d This Indenture made this Ninth day of September in the
       Year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Fifty Eight
       between  Henry Wright Crabb of Frederick County in the Province of
       Maryland Gentleman of the One part and Richard Snowden of
       Ann Arundell County and Province aforesaid of the Other part
       Witnesseth that whereas the Said Richard Snowden hath
       discharged and released the Said Henry Wright Crabb from Sundry
       Executions Viz.t James Dick fifty Six pounds Sterling Nicholas
       Maccubbin fifty two pounds Sterling Beale Bordley Twenty
       Eight pounds sterling Robert Swann thirty pounds Sterling
       William Murdock Ninety pounds Sterling Money in all Amounting
       to two Hundred and fifty Six pounds Sterling Money and also
       for the four Several Sums of Sterling Money that are justly due
       and Owing from the Said Henry Wright Crabb Viz.t unto Frederick
       Lord Baltimore Twenty eight pounds Nine Shillings and one Penny
       Sterling Money and unto Daniel Wolstenholme the Sum of Twenty
       eight pounds Sterling Money and unto Doctor Joshua Warfield
       the Sum of Twenty four pounds Sterling Money and also unto the
       Executors of Richard Keene deceased the Sum of One hundred
       and five pounds Sterling Money which said four Sums Amount
       to One hundred and Eighty five pounds Nine Shillings and One
       Penny Sterling which sum added to the abovesaid two hundred
