271) Valentine Brown his Heirs and Assigns forever To the only proper use of him the Said Valentine Brown his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to no other Intent purpose ^or^ and meaning whatsoever and the s.d John Hamilton doth for himself his Heirs Exer.s and Admin.rs Covenant promise grant and agree to and with the the said Valentine Brown himself his Heirs and Assigns for ever that he the said John Hamilton his heirs Exe.rs and Adm.rs the s.d Tract of Land and Premisses as afores.d will forever Warrant and defend of and from all other former Gift or gifts Bargains Leases Titles, Charges, Dowrys, Joyntures and all other Incumberances whatsoever unto him the Said Valentine Brown his Heirs and Assigns for ever (The Rents and Services which hereafter become due to the Chief Lord of the fee and also what has become due within the Space of Two Years and a half last by past excepted and foreprised) And Lastly that ^he^ the said John Hamilton his Heirs Exer.s and Adm.rs shall at all Times hereafter further do and suffer to be done and acknowledge all and Sundry such other and further lawfull act and Acts thing and things Device and Devices Assurance and Assurances as he the s.d Valentine Brown his Heirs and Assigns shall be Reasonable devised Advised or Required for the better Assuring Surety and Suremaking and for the Clear and absolute having of the said Land and Premisses according to the Intent and Meaning of these Presents in Witness whereof the said John Hamilton hath hereunto put his hand and Seal the day and Year first above written Signed Sealed and Delivered In the Presence of Us Jn.o Hamilton seal Henry Howard William Chew Brown Ephraim Howard (On) |
