       Seven degrees West thirty perches South twenty degrees
       East sixteen perches south twenty six degrees West Sixty
       perches to the Land called Batchelors Choice then bounding
       on the said Land the three following Courses Viz North sixty
       three degrees West ten perches south Sixty Degrees West thirty
       two perches South Eighty two degrees West twenty two perches
       to the Land called Thackers Chance then bounding on the said
       Chance North Seventy Seven Degrees West twenty five perches to
       the Land called Gardners Mill then bounding on the said Land
       the four following Courses Viz North Eleven degrees West Eighteen
       perches North twenty Six Degrees East Eighty four Perches
       North Sixty Degrees West Sixty four Perches North fifty two perches
       thence with the giving line of the s.d Mill to the first mentioned
       bounded Trees Containing and laid out for one hundred and nineteen
       Acres more or less This Indenture Witnesseth that the
       afores.d John Hamilton for and in Consideration of the Sum
       of fifteen pounds Sterling Money to him in hand paid by the fores.d
       Valentine Brown Jun.r before the Ensealing and Delivering of
       these presents the receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledges
       and Discharges the s.d Valentine Brown his Heirs Exer.s
       Adm.rs of the same and every part and Parcel thereof by
       these presents for now and ever hath given granted bargained sold
       Alienated Enfeoffed and Confirmed Likewise he doth by these
       presents doth give grant bargain Sell Aliane Enfeoffie and
       Confirm unto him the Said Valentine Brown Jun.r to him his
       Heirs and Assigns forever all and whole the afores.d Tract or parcel
       of Land called Hebron being and lying as aboves.d To have and to
       hold the said tract of Land and Premisses with all and Singular
       the Appertenainces thereunto belonging unto him the said
