27 they may be and Premises aforesaid with the appurtenances unto her the said Sarah Housamer her Heirs & Assigns for ever to the only Proper use of her the Said Housamer her Heirs & Assigns forever and to no other use Intent or Purpose whatever and the Said Francis Foy ^doth^ for herself & her Heirs Covenant Promise Grant & agree to & with the Said Sarah Housamer her Heirs & Assigns that She the Said Housamer & her Heirs the said two Tracts of Land Called Irup & Hunting bottom & Premises afs.d with the Appurtenances unto the Said Sarah Housamer her Heirs & Assigns forever from & against the Said Frances Foy her Heirs & Assigns & from & against all other Persons whatsoever will well & Truly Warrant & Defend forever & the afs.d Frances Foy for herself her Heirs Exec.rs & Adm.rs Doth Hereby Covenant Promise Grant & agree to and with the afs.d Housamer her Heirs & Assigns and every of them that she the Said Frances Foy will from time to time and at all times hereafter at the Re^a^sonable request & Cost of the Said Sarah Housamer her Heirs and Assigns make do suffer & Execute or Cause and Procure to be made done Suffered & Executed ^Executed^ all & every Such further & Lawfull Acts Deed Conveyances & assurances whatsoever for the better Conveying and As^s^uring the hereby bargained Premises unto the Said Sarah Housamer her Heirs & Assigns be it by Acknowledgment or by any other ways & means as by her or their Councill Learned in the Law shall be Reasonably advised or Required In Testimony whereof the above named Frances Foy hath set her Hand and affixed her Seal the Day and year above Written Sealed and Delivered her in the Presence of Frances T Foy Seal J Darnall Mark Henry Darnall On the Back side of the aforegoing Indenture was thus indorsed Viz.t Sept 27.th 1756 Recd five Shillings the Consideration money within expressed her Testis Frances T Foy J Darnall Mark Sep.t 27.th 1756 Came before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court the within named Frances Foy and Acknowledged The Lands Premises within mentioned ^to be the Right and Estate of the within named^ Sarah Housamer her Heirs & Assigns forever J Darnall Oct.r 11.th 1756 Reced of M.rs Sarah Housamer Seven Shillings & Ten Pence Sterling for his Lordships use (is being the A^l^ienation fine on Isup 115 Acres and Hunting Bottom 80 the two Tracts of Land mentioned in the within Deed) by Virtue of a Commission from Edward Lloyd Esq.r his Lordships Agent and Receiver General Recorded 11.th ^October^ 1756 Rich.d Dorsey 6 1/2 s.d |
