Ex.d   This Indenture made and Concluded upon this Thirteenth
       day of July in the Year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred
       fifty and eight by and between John Hamilton of Baltimore County
       Planter in the Province of Maryland of the one part and Valentine
       Brown Jun.r Planter of Ann Arundel County and Province afsd of
       the other part Witnesseth Whereas Frederick Absolute Lord and
       Proprietary of the Province of Maryland and Avalon Lord
       Baron of Baltimore by his Letters Patent being date in the
       year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and fifty four
       did grant to the said John Hamilton all that part of a tract
       of or parcel of Land called Hebron lying ^being^ and Lying in the
       afors.d County of Ann Arundel on the South Side of the Great
       falls of Patapsco Beginning at a Bounded red Oak a Bounded
       Spanish Oak and a Black Gum being the Beginning Trees of
       of a Tract of Land called Gardners Mill and running thence to
       the End of the twenty first Course of the said Land called Hebron
       and running south thirty three degrees West thirty two perches
       south 7 Seve^n^ty Degrees East Sixty three perches North eight
       Degrees East forty five perches to main falls of Patapsco River then
       down and bounding on the Said falls the Seven following Courses
       Viz.t North twenty four perches North Seventeen Degrees East
       Sixty Eight perches North 70.d East eighteen perches South Eighty degrees
       East twenty five degrees East Eighteen perches south thirty five
       degrees East fourteen perches thence South thirty two degrees West
       thirty three perches south Eighty Six degrees West forty six perches
       thence South four Degrees West fifty five Perches to Intersect the End
       of the North twenty seven Degrees East thirty perch Course of the
       Land called Cockeys Regulation then bounding on ^the^ S.d Land Reverse
       of the Courses thereof the three following Courses Viz.t South twenty
