       and a Stone ^marked^ thus W F G 1719 being the beginning trees of the
       said Gardner's Garden thence North Eight Degrees West seventy nine
       perches thence North fifty six degrees East fifty two perches thence
       North nine degrees West twenty four perches North fifty five degrees
       East Seventy two perches to the main falls of Patapsco River Then
       down and bounding on the Said falls the three following Courses
       Viz.t South forty four degrees East Ninety three Perches, then south
       thirty three degrees East twenty four Perches South fifteen degrees
       East thirty eight perches thence with a direct line to the begining
       trees laid out for and Containing ninety three Acres more
       or less, This Indenture Witnesseth that the aforesaid John
       Hamilton for and in Consideration of the Sum of fifteen pounds
       Sterling Money to him in hand paid by the foresaid William
       Chew Brown before the ensealing and Delivering of these
       Presents the receipt whereof he he doth hereby acknowledges and
       discharges the Said William Brown his heirs Execut.rs & Adm.rs of
       the same and every part and Parcel thereof by these Presents for
       now and ever hath given granted bargained Sold Alienated
       enfeoffed and Confirmed Likewise he doth by these presents doth give
       grant bargain Sell Aliane Enfeoffe and Confirm unto him the said
       William Brown to him his heirs and Assigns forever all and
       whole the afores.d tract or Parcel of Land called Hebron being and
       lying as aboves'd to have and to hold the s.d Tract of Land and
       Premisses with all and Singular the appertenainces thereunto
       belonging unto him the Said William Brown his Heirs and Assigns
       forever To the only proper use of him the Said William Brown his
       Heirs and Assigns forever and to no other intent purpose or meaning
       Whatsoever and the Said John Hamilton doth for himself his heirs
       Exer.s and Adm.rs Covenant promise grant and Agree to and
       with the said William Chew Brown himself his Heirs and Assigns
