       for ever that he the Said John Hamilton his Heirs Exec.rs and Adm.rs
       the Said Tract of Land and Premisses as afores.d will for ever Warrant
       and defend of and from all other former Gift and gifts bargains
       Leases titles Charges Dowrys Joyntures and all other Incumberances
       whatsoever unto him the Said William Brown his heirs and Assigns
       forever (the Rents and Services which hereafter become due to the
       Chief Lord of the fee and also what has become due within the
       Space of Two Years and a half last by past excepted and foreprised)
       and lastly that he the Said John Hamilton his Heirs
       Exer.s & Adm.rs shall at all Times hereafter further do and suffer
       to be done and acknowledged all and Sundry Such other and
       further lawfull Act and Acts things and things devise and
       devices Assurance and Assurances as he the said William Chew
       Brown his Heirs and Assigns shall be reasonably devised advised
       or required for the better assuring Surety and Suremaking and for
       the Clear and Absolute having of the said Land and Premisses
       according to the Intent and meaning of these presents in Witness
       whereof the said John Hamilton hath hereunto put his hand and Seal
       the day and year first above written               Note that the Words of
       Signed Sealed and Delivered      the same and every part and parcel
       in the Presents of Us                  thereof by these presents for now and
             Henry Howard                     ever hath given granted bargained
             Ephraim Howard                  sold) is interlined between the words
             Valentine Brown Juner         Adm.rs and Alienated in the twenty
                                                        fourth line
