265) Ex.d This Indenture made and Concluded upon this Thirteanth day of July in the Year of our Lord one thousand Seven hundred fifty and Eight By and between John Hamilton of Baltimore County Planter in the Province of Maryland of the one part and William Chew Brown Gent of Anne Aurendel County and Province afor.sd of the other part Witnesseth Whereas, Frederick Absolute Lord and Proprietary of the Province of Maryland and Avalon Lord Baron of Baltimore by his Letters Patent bearing Date in the Year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and fifty four did grant to the Said John Hamilton all that part of a Tract or parcel of ^Land^ called Hebron being and lying in the afores.d County of Ann arundel on the South Side of the great Falls of Patapsco Begining at a Bounded red Oak a bounded Spanish Oak and a black Gum being the begining Trees of a Tract of Land called Gardners Mill and runing thence with the s.d Mill North fifteen degrees West thirty perches still with the said Mill North thirty three degrees West ^Twenty two perches^ to the Begining trees of a Tract of Land called formerly Harrissons Chance now called and known by the Name of Hebron Still with the said Mill the five following Courses Viz.t West south West twenty Six perches West North West forty perches, South thirty Seven degrees West twenty eight perches, South West and by West fifty five perches South twenty Seven Degrees East fifty Six perches to the Land called Batchelors Choice then Bounding on the s.d Land Reverse of the Courses the two following Course Viz.t South Sixty three degrees West twenty perches south twenty eight degrees East one hundred Perches to Intersect the Land called Thackers Chance then Bounding on the said Land the Two following Courses Viz.t North Seventy Seven degrees West forty three perches South Eleven degrees East Eighty five perches to the Land called Gardner's Garden, then bounding on the s.d Garden the three following Courses Viz.t North West seventeen perches North West and by and by West twenty perches North ten Degrees West one hundred and forty perches to a bounded white oak |
