212) thereof and of every part thereof to his and their own use without the lett Suit trouble or Disturbance of the said John Lowe party hereto his Heirs or Assigns or any person or Persons whatsoever Lawfully claiming or hereafter lawfully to claim by from or under him them or any of them And Further that he the said John Lowe party hereto his Heirs or Assigns and all and every other person or persons whatsoever claiming under him or them Shall and will from time to time and at all times hereafter within the Space of Ten Years from the date hereof upon every reasonable request and at the proper Costs and Charges in the Law of the Said Stead Lowe his Heirs or Assigns make and execute or cause to procure to be made and Executed all and every Such further and other lawfull and reasonable Acts and Things conveyances and Assurances in the Law whatsoever for the better and more perfect Conveying and Assuring the Said Premisses hereby Mentioned or intended to be hereby bargained and Sold with their Appurtenances To the use of the said Stead Lowe his Heirs and Assigns as by him the Said Stead Lowe his Heirs or Assigns or his or their Councill shall be reasonably devised or advised and required so as the same Contain no further or larger Covenants than are herein Contained and so as the person or Persons |
