211) intended to be hereby granted bargained and Sold with their and every of their Appurtenances unto the Said Stead Lowe his Heirs and Assigns To the only proper use and behoofe of the Said Stead Lowe his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to and for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever And the Said John Lowe party hereto for himself his Heirs Executors & Administrators doth hereby covenant promise and Agree to and with the Said Stead Lowe his Heirs and Assigns by these Presents in Manner and form following (that is to say) That he the Said John Lowe party hereto hath not done or wittingly or willingly Suffered to be done any Act Matter or Thing whatsoever Whereby the Premisses herein before mentioned to be granted or any part thereof are is or can or may be in any wise Cloged or Incumbered or the Estate & Title thereof hereby granted in any wise impeached or avoided and that it shall and may be Lawfull to and for the said Stead Lowe his Heirs and Assigns from time to time and at all times hereafter peaceably and quietly to enter into have hold Occupy possess and enjoy all and Singular the said Premisses hereby granted or Mentioned or intended so to be and to receive and take the Rents Issues and profits |
