       who shall be Compelled or compellable to Execute the Same
       be not Compelled or Compellable to Travel from the place
       of his her or their respective above at the Time of Such
       Request to be made for the doing thereof In Witness
       whereof the Said John Lowe party hereto hath hereunto
       Sett his hand and Seal the day and Year first above

Sealed and delivered (being first duty Stampt
    in the presence of
                         Geo Cook
                         John Hall

       On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus written
       to Wit

       This is to Certify that I Matthew How Esquire Mayor
       of the Borough of Derby in the County of Derby and
       within the Kingdom of Old England did on the Thirty
       first day of December One thousand Seven hundred and
       forty Eight See John Lowe of Denby aforesaid in the
       County aforesaid Son and Heir of Vincent Lowe late
       of Denby aforesaid Sign Seal and as his Act and Deed
       deliver this Indenture of Release and that George Cook
       and John Hall Set their names as Witnesses to the
       Execution thereof by the Said John Lowe in my
