          This Indenture made the first Day of October one thousand
Exam.d seven hundred and fifty six Between Joseph Hutton of Ann
       Arundel County in the Province of Maryland Carpenter of the one Part
       and Charles Graham of Calvert County in the Province aforesaid
       Merchant of the other Part Witnesseth that the said Joseph Hutton for
       and in Consideration of the sum of one Hundred and five Pounds Sterling
       Money of Great Britain to him in hand paid by the said Charles
       Graham before the ensealing and Delivery of these Presents the
       Receipt whereof he doth hereby Acknowledge and himself therewith fully
       satisfied Contented & Paid & thereof & every part ^thereof^ doth acquit exonerate &
       Discharge the Said Charles Graham his heirs Executors & Administrators
       by these Presents Hath Granted bargained sold aliened enfeoffed &
       Confirmed and by this Presents doth Grant bargain sell alien enfeoff
       and Confirm unto the said Charles Graham his heirs and assigns for
       ever all these Several Tracts or parcels of of Land Lying and being in
       Ann Arundell County aforesaid Called Bentlies Purchase Long Lane
       Talbots Land and Part of Portland Mannour which said Several Tract
       or Parcell of Land were Conveyd unto him the Said Joseph Hutton by
       William Young Junior of Ann Arundel County Planter by Deed of Bargain &
       Seale bearing date the third day of September this Presents year as by the
       said Deed Reference being thereunto had will more fully and at Large appear
       Together with all Privilidges and Appurtenances unto the said Several Tracts
       or Parcells of Land appertaining or in any wise belonging and also those
       Three Negroe Slaves now in the Possession of him the said Joseph Hutton
       Called Kate Sam & Maria To Have and to hold the said Several
       Tracts of Land and Premisses unto him the said Charles Graham
       his heirs and Assigns for ever and to no other use or purpose whatsoever and
       to have and Hold the said Negroe Slaves to him the said Charles
       Graham his Executors Administrators or Assigns for their Proper
       use & behoof And the said Joseph Hutton for himself his heirs Executors &
       Administrators doth Hereby further Covenant and Agree to & with the
       said Charles Graham his heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns
       that from time to time and ^all^ att times hereafter he the said Joseph
