       Course of the Original Grant for seventy four perches
       then north Sixty degrees West One hundred and Twenty perches
       till it Intersect the twenty ninth line mentioned in the Said
       Original Grant then North thirty degrees East Two hundred
       and fifty ^five^ perches then North by west twenty perches then
       South thirty eight degrees West forty four perches then
       South fifty degrees West one hundred and Sixteen perches
       then South Twenty Seven degrees West thirty perches then
       South three degrees East thirty two perches then South Sixty
       degrees West fifte^e^n perches then North thirty three degrees West
       one hundred and two perches then North four degrees West forty
       two perches then North Six degrees East Sixty eight perches
       then North Twenty one degrees East sixteen perches then with a
       Straight Line to the beginning Tree Containing and now laid
       out for seven hundred Acres be the same more or less To have
       and to Hold the Said part or parcel of Land with all the
       Appurtenances and Improvements thereunto belonging or
       in any wise appertaining to the Same to him the Said
       James Marshall his Heirs and Assigns for ever to the
       sole use and behoof of him the Said James Marshall his
       Heirs and Assigns for ever and the Said Andrew Abington
       for himself his Heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs doth hereby Covenant & Grant
       to and with the Said James Marshall his Heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs
       that he the Said Andrew Abington his and each of his Heirs Ex.rs
       & Adm.rs the Bargained Premises afs.d with all the appurtenances
       thereunto belonging to him the Said James Marshall his heirs
       & assigns for ever will warrant and defend In Witness whereof
       the Said Andrew Abington hath hereunto Set his hand & affixed
       his Seal the day and year above Written
