198 Ensealing and Delivery of these Presents the receipt whereof he doth Hereby Acknowledge and himself to be therewith fully Contented paid and Satisfied and him the said James Marshall thereof doth wholely and Absolut^e^ly Acquit Exonerate and discharge Hath given granted Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeofft and Confirmed and by these Presents doth Give Grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoff & Confirm unto him the Said James Marshall all that part or Parcell of Land being part of a Tract or Parcel of Land Called and known by the name of Wett Work Scituate Lying and being in the County of Frederick and Province aforesaid Beginning at a Large bounded Beach Tree standing on the East side of Monnocasy River the said Tree being marked on the East and West Sides of it with four notches on each Side and bearing South fifty degrees East from the mouth of a fresh ^ Rope ^Runn^ or Creek called by Some people Ballingers others Rocky Creek & running from the said Beach North Sixty Nine Degrees East twenty perches then north Seventy one degrees East forty four perches then north Eighty five degrees East one hundred and six perches then North Sixty two degrees East ninty two perches then North Eighty five degrees East thirty four perches then North Sixty four degrees East ninty two perches then North thirty five degrees East One hundred perches then South Sixty nine degrees East seventy four Perches then South Twenty Seven degrees West Eighty perches then South forty eight ^Degrees^ perches West one hundred and Twelve perches then South Sixteen degrees East thirty four perches then South Forty Six degrees West Seventy perches then South thirty one degrees West one hundred & twenty nine perches then South Thirty two perches (then) |
