       hath bargained given sold & granted & by these Presents for himself and
       his Heirs doth fully Clearly & absolutely Bargain give Sell and grant
       unto the said Benjamin Tasker & Benjamin Tasker Jun.r Ex.rs as afs.d
       & his & their Heirs & Assigns for ever all that Tract of Land called
       the Range lying and being in Ann Arundle Co.ty af.d Begining at a
       Bounded Oake Standing by a Branch in the Line of the Land
       of Richard Warfield & runing thence West South West Sixty five
       Perches to a Bounded Oake being a Bounded Tree of the Land formerly
       Layed out for Edw.d Gardner called the Martch & runing thence West
       ninety perches to a marked oake thence South one hundred & five
       Perches to an other marked oake the West & by South one hundred
       Perches then North three hundred Sixty Six Perches then east
       five Degrees southward two hundred Sixty one perches then
       w.th a Streight Line to the first Begining Tree Containing &
       now Layed out for three hundred and Eighty four Acres of Land According
       to the Certificate of Survey taken & returned into the Land office of S.t
       Marys Dated the 4 July Sixteen hundred & Eighty four as P.r Letters
       Pattent bearing Date 10.th Day of Octo.r 1684 from Charles Lord and
       Proprietary of the Province of Maryland & Avalon &c Granted unto
       a Certain Tho.s Lytfoot as recited in a Deed made the 13 day of
       April 1738 between the s.d Jn.o Maccubbin & Samuel Ogle Esq.rs and
       Recorded in Ann Arundle Co.ty Land Record R D N.o 3 fol.o 50 may more
       fully appear together with all & Singular the Edifices Improvem.ts
       Benefits & Advantages thereunto appurtaining or belonging To have
       hold use & occupy the before bargained premisses with the appur.ts
       to the said Benjamin Tasker & the said Benjamin Tasker ^Jun.r^ their Heirs
       & Assigns to & for the the ^Use^ Use af.d Provided always and it is the true
       Intent & meaning of these presents that if the said Jn.o Maccubbin
       his Heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs do pay or Cause to be ^payed^ passed unto the said
       Benjamin Tasker or Benjamin Tasker Jun.r Ex.rs as af.d the sum
       of thirty five pounds nine Shil.s Ster.l as af.d with Lawfull
