       Interest Then this Present Bargain & Sale & the Land Premisses Conveyed
       by this Presents deed Shall utterly Cease & be Voyed & that then & from the time of
       the afs.d thirty five Pounds nine Shi.l Sterl & Interest to the s.d Benjamin Tasker
       or Benjamin Tasker Jun.r Ex.rs Adm.rs or all ^any^ of them so ^payed^ passed as af.d it shall
       and may be Lawfull for the said Jn.o Maccubbin his Heirs & Assigns into all
       the Tract of Land and appurtenances as before Conveyed by these Presents
       for any of them Redenter & the same to have again as of his or their former
       Estate these Presents or any thing therein Contained to the Contrary notwithstanding
       In Witness whereof the said Jn.o Maccubbin hath
       hereunto Set his hand & Seal the Day & Year first above Written
             Sealed & Delivered
       in the presence of Geo Steuart      John Maccubbin son of W.m Seal

                            Know all men by these Presents that we Thomas 
       Contee William Beans Jun.r and Joseph Sim all of Prince Georges
       County in the Province aforesaid are held & firmly bound to the Right
       Honourable the Lord Proprietary in the full & Just Sum of four Hundred
       Pounds Current money to be paid to his said Lordship his Heirs & successors
       to the which payment well & truly to be made Wee bind our selves & every of us
       our & every of our heirs Executors and Administrators Jointly and Severally
       for the whole & in the whole Firmly by the Presents sealed with our Seals
