175) From the Said Oak three hundred and Twenty Perches on the East by a Line Drawn North from the end of the East line fifty perches untill it Intersect a paralel with the forenamed Land on the North by the Said Land and Paralel on the West by Wrights Land containing three hundred Acres and also all other Lands which were late in the Possession and Occupation of Philip Emerson adjoining to the Said Lands Called Harwoods Lyon and Whetstone with their and each of their Appurtenances and the Reversions Remainders Rents and Services thereof or Incident thereunto all Lying in Talbot County aforesaid and by him the aforesaid Philip Emerson Gentleman Deceased Devised to the afs.d Elizabeth by the name of Elizabeth Trippe as in and by the Said Philip Emerson's Will Remaining amongst the Records and Proceedings of the Commissarys Court of this Province Reference being thereto had will more fully and at large appear To Have and to hold the Said Several Tracts and Parcels of Land above mentioned and every part and Parcel thereof with the Appurtenances unto the Said Thomas Brouster his Heirs and assigns forever to the Intent and Purpose that the Said Thomas Brouster Shall and may become perfect Tenant to the freehold of the Said Lands and Premisses & Shall and May Stand and be Seized thereof untill a Good and Perfect Common Recovery with Double Vouchers over may be Duly had Suffered and Executed of the Lands and Premisses according to the usual Course of Common Recoveries for the assurances of Lands in Such Cases used and Accustomed and thereupon it is Covenanted Concluded and Agreed by and Between all the Said parties to these presents (for) |
