       his Heirs Executors Administrators or assigns the
       full sum of Four hundred and Sixty four pounds Sterling
       Money at or upon the third Day of October One
       Thousand seven hundred and Sixty two and the lawfull
       Interest of the said sum yearly and every year from
       the Date the these said Presents at or upon the third Day
       of October yearly and every year until the said third Day of
       October which shall be in the year One thousand Seven
       Hundred and Sixty two aforesaid without any fraud Delay
       Deduction or Abatement whatsoever that then and from
       thenceforth these Presents shall cease determine and be
       void any thing ^herein^ to the Contrary notwithstanding And the
       aforesaid James Brooke for Himself his Heirs
       Executors & Administrators do hereby Covenant grant
       and agree to and with the said Philip Thomas Junior
       his Heirs Executors Administrators and assigns
       that he the said James Brooke his Heirs
       Executors and Administrators shall and will well
       and truly pay and Satisfy or cause or procure
       to be well and truly paid and Satisfyed unto the
       Said Philip Thomas Junior his Heirs Executors
       Administrators or Assigns the aforesaid full sum
       of Four hundred and sixty four Pounds Sterling
       Principal Money as aforesaid and the Interest
       arising there From upon the Days and Times aforesaid
       without any Fraud Delay Deduction or Abatement
       whatsoever according to the true Intent and meaning of
       these Presents and also that the said Philip Thomas Junior
       his heirs and Assigns shall and may at all Times after
       Default shall be made in the Performance of the Proviso or
       Condition herein contained or any part Clause or Single
