157) Article thereof Peaceably enter into have hold occupy possess & enjoy all and Singular the afore mentioned Tracts or Parcels of Land Premisses and appurtenances and every part & Parcel thereof without Lett Trouble Hindrance Molestation Interruption or Denial of him the said James Brooke his Heirs Executors Administrators ^or Assigns^ or any other Person or persons whatsoever And further that he the said James Brooke his Heirs Executors and Administrators & Assigns all and every other Person or persons having or claiming any thing in the aforesaid Land and Premisses above mentioned or any part thereof shall and will at any Time or Times after Default Shall be made in the Proviso or Condition herein contained in any part Clause or Single Article thereof when thereto required by the Said Philip Thomas Junior his Heirs or Assigns make, do Execute Acknowledge and Suffer or cause or procure to be made done executed Acknowledged and Suffered all such further and other Grants Deeds Conveyances and Assurances in the Law whatsoever for the better and more sure granting conveying and assuring of all and Singular the aforesand Lands & Premisses above mentioned with the appurtenances unto the Said Philip Thomas Junior his Heirs and Assigns for ever as by the said Philip Thomas Junior his Heirs or Assigns or by his or their Council learned in the Law shall be reasonably Devised advised or required And lastly it is covenanted granted concluded and agreed upon by and between the said Parties to these presents and the true Intent and meaning thereof and it is hereby declared that until Default shall be made in Performance of the Proviso or Condition herein contained he the said James Brooke his Heirs and Assigns shall and may hold and (enjoy) |
