       belonging or in any manner appertaining and the Revertion and
       Revertions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits
       thereof with their and every of their Rights and all the Estate
       Right Title and Interest Possession Property Claim & Demand
       whatsoever of them the said Richard Smith and Elizabeth Smith
       his Wife into or out of the Same To Have and To Hold
       the same and all and Every Part and Parcell of the aforesaid
       Premisses herein before mentioned or intended to be hereby
       given Granted Bargained and Sold Released Confirmed or
       enfeoffed unto the said Hancock Lee his heirs and assigns
       for ever to the only ^proper^ use and behoof of him the Said Hancock
       Lee his heirs and assigns for ever And the said Richard Smith &
       Elizabeth Smith his Wife for themselves their heirs Executors and
       Administrators do hereby covenant and agree to and with
       the Said Hancock Lee his heirs and assigns that they the
       Said Richard Smith and Elizabeth Smith his Wife their
       Heirs or assigns shall at any time hereafter at the Reasonable
       Request Charges and Cost in the Law of the said Hancock
       Lee his heirs or assigns make and in due from of Law
       Execute and Suffer Such further Conveyance or Conveyances
       Assurance or Assurances and such further Reasonable Act or
       Acts do and Perform as may or shall be by the said Hancock
       Lee his Heirs or assigns his or their Council Learned in the
       Law advised devised or Required for the further and better
       Assuring the Premisses with the appurtenances unto the
       Proper use and Behoof of the said Hancock Lee his Heirs
       and assigns for ever In Testimony whereof the aforesaid Richard
       Smith and Elizabeth Smith his Wife hath hereunto Affixed
       their Hands and seals the day and year fi^r^st above Mentioned
