       the other called the Grove (which said Tracts of Land by a Resurvey
       thereon whereby the said Richard Bennett United and Consolidated into
       One Tract of Land called Bennetts Grove) to them and the Heirs of their
       Bodys to be Equally divided between them as by Reference being had
       to the said last will now Recorded in the Prerogative Office of this
       Province of Maryland may more fully and at Large appear and
       whereas after the Death of the said Richard Bennett the Said
       Elizabeth and Eleanor devises as aforesaid entered into and were
       Seized of the Premisses in fee Tail as Tenants in Common and whereas
       afterwards for the Purpose of vesting of an Absolute Estate in Fee Simple
       in the aforesaid Elizabeth in one undivided Moiety of the Premisses
       aforesaid the Said Elizabeth did permitt and Suffer the aforesaid
       Henry Darnall to recover against her the said Elizabeth one
       Undivided Moiety of the Premisses aforesaid by Writ of Entry Sur
       Disseisin in le Post as by the Record and Proceedings of and upon
       the said Recovery remaining among the Records of the Provincial
       Court of this Province Reference being thereunto had may more
       fully appear Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the said
       Richard Smith and Elizabeth Smith wife of the said
       Richard Smith for and in Consideration of the sum of Ten
       shillings sterling to them in hand paid at or before the ensealing
       and Delivery of these presents the Receipt whereof is hereby
       Acknowledged and for divers other good Causes & Considerations
       them in this respect moving have Given Granted bargained &
       Sold Released Confirmed and enfeoffed unto the Said
       Hancock Lee his heirs and Assigns for Ever and by these
       Presents do Give Grant Bargain and Sell Release Confirm and
       enfeoffed unto the said Hancock Lee his heirs and assigns for
       ever all their the said Richard Smith and Elizabeth Smith Undivided
       Moiety of and in the aforesaid Premisses with the appurtenances
       together with all buildings Orchards Gardens Fences Improvements
       Previledges and Hereditaments whatsoever to the above Premisses
