144) Philip Conner Charles Conner and Mary the Wife of the aforesaid Charles Conner to recover over in value against the Common Vouchee According to the mannor and Form of Common Recoveries in Such Cases used And it is further covenanted granted concluded agreed and declared by and between every of the Said Parties to these Presents and the true Intent and meaning of the Parties to these Presents is that from and immediately after the Said Common Recovery or Recoveries shall be had Prosecuted and Suffered as aforesaid of the Said Premisses the Recovery or Recoveries aforesaid shall be and enure and shall ^be^ construed esteemed adjudged and taken to be and enure and are hereby declared to have been intended to be and enure that the said Thomas Johnson junior and all and every Person and Persons which shall be Seized of the Premisses by Force or Virtue of the Said Common Recovery or Recoveries shall stand and be seized thereof with the appurtenances to the only use and Behoof of the said James Hutchins his Heirs and assigns and to no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto interchangeably Set their Hands and Affixed their Seals the Day and year first above written Sealed and Delivered his in the Presence of Philip P Conner Seal Edmund Key mark Robert Alexander Charles Conner Seal her Mary X Conner Seal mark James Hutchins Seal Th.s Johnson Jun.r Seal On the back of the aforegoing Release was thus indorst Viz.t Received the Day and year first within mentioned of and from the within Named James Hutchings the sum of two hundred and seventy Pounds Current money of Maryland being in full for the Consideration money within Mentioned his Witness Philip P Conner Edmund Key mark Robert Alexander Charles Conner her Mary X Conner mark Sep.r |
