       aforesaid until one or more good and Perfect Recovery or Recoveries
       may be had against him the Said James Hutchings of the same
       One hundred and thirty five Acres of Land and Premisses with
       the Appurtenances And it is covenanted granted concluded and
       Agreed by and between all the Said Parties to these Presents
       that it shall and may be lawful to and for the Said Thomas
       Johnson junior before the last Day of the next Provincial Court
       to Prosecute out of the High Court of Chancery one or more
       writ or writs of Entry sur Disseisin en le Post against the
       Said James Hutchins returnable to the next Provincial
       Court whereby the Said Thomas Johnson junior shall and
       may demand against the Said James Hutchins the afs.d
       One hundred and thirty five Acres of Land and Premisses
       with the Appurtenances by Such name or names
       Quantity or Quantities Number or Content of Acres or
       other Discription as shall be thought fit unto which said
       writ or writs the said James Hutchins shall appear
       in his Proper Person or by Attorney legally Authorized &
       shall Vouch to Warranty thereof the aforesaid Philip Conner
       Charles Conner and Mary Conner the Wife of the aforesaid
       Charles Conner who shall ^also^ appear gratis upon his Voucher
       and shall enter into Warranty and shall vouch over to warranty
       the Common Vouchee of the same Court and the Common Vouchee
       shall appear and after Imparlance make Default whereby
       one or more Recovery or Recoveries Judgment or Judgments
       may be had and given for the said Thomas Johnson junior
       for Recovery of the said One hundred and thirty five Acres of
       Land and Premisses against the said James Hutchins
       and for the said James Hutchins to recover over in Value
       against the said Philip Conner Charles Conner and Mary
       the Wife of the aforesaid Charles Conner and for the said
