       Perches, North forty one Degrees West twenty Six Perches
       North fifty eight Degrees East forty four Perches North forty
       three Degrees East twenty two Perches North eight Degrees
       East twenty four Perches North forty Degrees West ten Perches
       North twenty Degrees west nineteen Perches North fifty eight
       Degrees West twenty one Perches to a Point north Seventy
       eight Degrees East twenty Perches and from thence with
       a Streight Line to the Said beginning Locust Tree and the
       the Revertion and Revertions Remainder and Remainders
       Rents Issues and Profits thereof and of every Part and
       Parcel thereof To have and to hold the aforesaid One
       hundred and thirty five Acres of Land and Premisses with
       the appurtenances unto him the Said James Hutchins
       his Executors Administrators and Assigns from the Day
       next before the Day of the Date of these Presents until the full
       End and Term of one whole year from thence next ensuing
       fully to be compleat and ended To the Intent and Purpose
       that the Said James Hutchins may be in the actual
       Possession of the hereby bargained and Sold Land and
       Premisses with the Appurtenances and may hereby
       and by Force of the Statute for transferring uses into
       Possession be enabled to take a Grant and Release of
       the Revertion and Inheritance of the Same Land and
       Premisses to him and his heirs to such uses Intents
       and Purposes as shall be therein Specified and declared
       In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto
       interchangeably set their Hands and affixed their seals the
       Day and year first Above Written                  his
