135 And Such further reasonable Act or Acts do and Perform as may or shall be by the Said Richard Smith his Heirs and or Assigns his or their Council Learned in the Law advised devised or Required for the further and better assuring the Premisses with their Appurtenances unto the Proper use and Behoof of the Said Richard Smith his Heirs and assigns for Ever In Testimony whereof the aforesaid Hancock Lee hath hereunto Affixed his hand and Seal the day and year first above Mentioned Sealed and Delivered Hancock Lee Seal In Presence of J Hepburn Benj.a Hall On the back of the aforegoing ^Deed^ Same was thus indorst Viz.t Maryland fs.t Be it Remembred that on the thirtieth day of August in the year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and fifty seven Came before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court Hancock Lee the within Mentioned Grantor and Acknowledged the within Instrument of Writing to be his Act and Deed, and the Premisses in the Same Mentioned with their Appurtenances to be the Right Title Interest and Inheritance of the Said Richard Smith his heirs and assigns for Ever according to the Directions of the Act of Assembly in Such Cases made & Provided J Hepburn August 30.th 1757 Then Received of the within named Richard Smith the within Sum of Ten Shillings Sterling being the Consideration Money within mentioned I say Reced P me the day and year above Written Hancock Lee Test J Hepburn Recorded 14.th Sept.r 1757 10 sides 1/2 |
