Ex.d      This Indenture made the thirteenth day of September
       in the year of our Lord seventeen hundred and fifty seven
       Between Samuel Wilson of Sommerset County of the first
       Part and Hancock Lee of Prince Georges County of the
       Second part and Richard Smith and Phillip Darnall jun.r
       of the other part Witnesseth that the said Richard Smith
       and Phillip Darnall jun.r for and in Consideration of the
       Sum of five Shillings Sterling to them in hand paid at or
       before the Sealing and Delivery of these Presents the
       Receit whereof is hereby Acknowledged Have given granted
       bargained and Sold and by these Presents doth give grant
       bargain and Sell unto him the Said Hancock Lee all
       those two Severall Tracts or Parcells of Land lying and
       being in Cæcil County the one called Hazlemore and the
       Other Called the Grove which Said Tracts of Land by a
       Resurvey thereon were by Richard Bennett Esq.r Deceased
       United and Consolidated into One Tract of Land called
       Bennetts Grove and by his the Said Richard Bennetts
       Last Will and Testament devised unto Eleanor Darnall and
       Elizabeth Darnall Daughters of Henry Darnall of
       Portland Mannor to them and the Heirs of their Bodys
       to be equally Devided between them together with all
       Edifices Buildings Orchards Ways Waters Water Courses
       Commodities Priviledges Improvements Emoluments Advantages
       and Appurtenances whatsoever to the same Land belonging
       or in any wise appertaining and the Revertion and
       Revertions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and
       Profits thereof (in the Actual Possession of him the Said
       Hancock Lee now being by Virtue of a Bargain & Sale
       to him thereof made by the said Richard Smith and
       Phillip Darnall bearing Date the Day next before the
       Day of the Date of these Presents for one whole year
