       Lee for and in Consideration of the Sum of Ten Shillings Sterling to him
       in hand paid at and before the Ensealing and Delivery of these
       Presents the Receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged and for
       Divers other Good Causes and Considerations him in this respect
       moving Have Given Granted Bargained and Sold Released
       Confirmed and Enfeoffed unto the Said Richard Smith his heirs
       and Assigns for Ever and by these Presents do Give Grant
       Bargain and Sell Release Confirm and Enfeoff unto the Said
       Richard Smith his heirs and Assigns for Ever all his the Said
       Hancock Lee's undivided Moiety of an din the aforesaid Premisses
       with the appurtenances together with all Buildings Orchards
       Gardens Fences Improvements Priveledges and Heridetaments
       whatsoever to the above Premisses belonging or in any manner
       Appertaining and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder &
       Remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof with their and
       Every of their Rights and all the Estate Right Title Interest
       Possession Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of him
       the said Hancock Lee to or out of the Same To Have
       and To Hold the Same and all and Every part and Parcell
       of the aforesaid Premisses herein before mentioned or intended
       to be hereby given Granted Bargined and Sold Released
       Confirmed or Enfeoffed unto the said Richard Smith his heirs
       and Assigns for ever To the ow^on^nly Proper use and behoof of
       him the said Richard Smith his heirs and assigns for
       Ever and the said Hancock Lee for himself his heirs
       Executors and Administrators doth hereby covenant and agree
       to and with the said Richard Smith his heirs & assigns
       shall at any time hereafter at the reasonable request Charges
       and Cost in the Law of the Said Richard Smith his Heirs
       or Assigns make and in due form of Law Execute and Suffer
       Such further Conveyance or Conveyances assurance or assurances
