       into one Tract of Land Called Bennetts Grove to them and the
       heirs of their bodys to be Equally devided Between them as by
       Reference being had the said last Will now Recorded in the
       Prerogative Office of this Province of Maryland may more fully
       and at Large appear and Whereas after the Death of the Said
       Richard Bennett the Said Eleanor and Elizabeth Devisees as
       aforesaid Entered into and were Seized of the Premisses in fee
       Tail as Tenants in Common And Whereas afterwards for the
       Purpose of Vesting of an Absolute Estate in fee Simple in the
       aforesaid Elizabeth in one undivided Moiety of the Premisses
       aforesaid the Said Elizabeth did permitt and Suffer the aforesaid
       Henry Darnall to Recover against her the Said Elizabeth
       One hundred ^undevided^ Moiety of the Premisses aforesaid by Writ of Entry
       Sur Disseisin in le Post as by the Record and Proceedings of
       and upon the Said Recovery remaining among the Records
       of the Provincial Court of this Province Reference being
       thereunto had may more fully appear and Whereas also the
       said Richard Smith and Elizabeth Smith wife of the Said
       Richard Smith by Indenture of Bargain and Sale bearing
       Date the twenty ninth Day of August in the year of our
       Lord One thousand seven hundred and fifty seven made or
       mentioned to be made by and Between the said Richard
       Smith and Elizabeth Smith his Wife by the Name of Richard
       Smith of Prince Georges County Gentleman and Elizabeth
       Smith wife of the Said Richard Smith and Daughter of
       Henry Darnall of Ann Arundel County of the one part
       and Hancock Lee of Prince Georges County Gentleman
       of the other part did and Each of them did give grant bargain
       and sell for the Consideration in the Said Indenture mentioned
       unto the said Hancock Lee his heirs and assigns for Ever all
       and Singular the Premisses aforesaid as by the Said Indenture
       relation being thereunto had may more fully and at Large
       Appear now this Indenture Witnesseth that the said Hancock
