Exam.d This Indenture made the Twentieth day of June in the year of our Lord
       seventeen hundred and fifty six Between William Roberts of the City of Annapolis
       Merchant of the one Part and Benjamin Tasker Junior Daniel Dulany
       John Ridout Francis Key Charles Carroll George Steuart Upton Scott Stephen
       Bordly Benjamin Tasker Senior John Ross and Stead Lowe all of the City of
       Annapolis Gentlemen of ^the^ other Part Witnesseth that for and in Consideration
       of the Rents Covenants and Agreements herein after Contained on the Part and
       Behalf of them the said Benjamin Tasker Junior Daniel Dulany John
       Ridout Francis Key Charles Carroll and Stead Lowe their heirs Executors
       Administrators and assigns to be paid Kept Done and performed he the said William
       Roberts hath Demised granted and to Farm Letten and by these Presents Doth
       Demise grant and to Farm Lett unto the said Benjamin Tasker Junior Daniel
       Dulany John Ridout Francis Key Charles Carroll George Steuart Upton Scott
       Stephen Bordley Benjamin Tasker Senior John Ross and Stead Lowe their heirs Executors
       Administrators and Assigns all that Peice Part or Parcell of a Lott of Land (scituate
       Lying and being in the City of Annapolis Commonly Called or known by the name
       or Number (109)(containing Twenty Feet square of Ground wherein is now erected
       and built a Brick House and Bason and all Edifices Improvements Buildings
       Easements Ways Waters Water Courses Passages and Appurtenances whatsoever
       to the same Peice Part or Parcell of the Lott of Land aforesaid belonging or in
       any wise appurtaining To have and to hold the said Peice ^Part^ or
       Parcell of the Lott of Land aforesaid and premises hereby Demised or mentioned
       or intended so to be with the appurtenances unto them the said Benjamin Tasker
       Junior Daniel Dulany John Ridout Francis Key Charles Carroll George
       Steuart Upton Scott Stephen Bordley Benjamin Tasker Senior John Ross
       and Stead Lowe their heirs Executors Administrators ^and^ Assigns from the Day
       next before the day of the Date of these Presents for and during and unto
       the full End and Term of twenty one years thence next following fully to
       be Compleat and ended Yeilding and Paying thereof yearly and
       every year unto the said William Roberts his heirs Executors
