14) administrators or assigns during the aforesaid Term of twenty one years the yearly Rent or sum of ten shilling Current Money in whole at the End and Expiration of Each and every year and the aforesaid William Roberts doth Thereby for himself and his heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns Covenant Promise Grant and Agree with the said Benjamin Tasker Junior Daniel Dulany John Ridout Francis Key Charles Carroll George Steuart Upton Scott Stephen Bordley Benjamin Tasker Senior John Ross and Stead Lowe their several heirs Executors Administrators and assigns that he the said William Roberts will at the End and Expiration of the aforesaid twenty one years if the aforesaid Benjamin Tasker Junior Daniel Dulany John Ridout Francis Key Charles Carroll George Steuart Upton Scott Stephen Bordley Benjamin Tasker Senior John Ross and Stead Lowe their heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns will pay unto the aforesaid William Roberts the sum of ten Pounds Current Money of Maryland Demise Grant and to Farm lett the Premises hereby Demised or mentioned or intended so to be with the Edifices Buildings Improvements Easements Ways Waters Water Courses Passages and Appurtenances thereunto belonging unto them the said Benjamin Tasker Junior Daniel Dulany John Ridout Francis Key Charles Carroll George Steuart Upton Scott Stephen Bordley Benjamin Tasker Senior John Ross Stead Lowe their Heirs and Executors Administrators or assigns for and during and untill the full End and Term of twenty one years then next following the End of the Twenty one years first aforesaid fully to be compleat and ended yeilding and paying yearly and every year to the aforesaid William Roberts his heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns the sum of ten shilling Current Money in the whole as aforesaid In Witness whereof the parties to These Presents have hereunto interchangeably sett their Hands and seals the day and year first above written sealed and Delivered W Roberts in Presence of Tho.s Jennings Jon.a More On the Back of the foregoing Indenture was this endorsed Viz.t 15.th July 1756 Then Came before me the subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court Willi.m Roberts and Acknowledged the within Deed according to the Act of Assembly in such Case Made and provided acknowledged before Geo Steuart 8 s.d Recorded Sep.t 23 1756 |
