       the full End and Term of one whole year from thence next
       Ensuing fully to be compleat and ended To the Intent and
       Purpose that the Said Nathan Hughes may be in the
       Actual Possession of the hereby bargained and sold Land &
       Premisses with the appurtenances any may hereby and by   
       Force of the Statute for transferring uses into Possession
       be enabled to take a Grant and Release of the Revertion
       and Inheritance of the Same Land and Premisses to him
       and his Heirs to such Uses Intents and Purposes as
       shall be therein specified and declared In Witness whereof
       the Parties to these Presents have hereunto interchangeably
       set their Hands and Affixed their Seals the Day and
       year first above written                            W.m Cromwell   Seal
       Sealed and Delivered
       in the Presence of                                    Nathan Hughes   Seal
             John Hall jun.r
             Basil Dorsey jun.r

               On the back of the aforegoing Lease was thus indorst Viz.t

       Received the Day and year within mentioned of and from
       the within named Nathan Hughes the Sum of five shillings
Currency Current Money being in full for the Consideration Money
£0  5  0   within Mentioned to be by him paid to me

       Sep.r 27 1757        Then Came before me the Subscriber one of his
       Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court John Hall jun.r and
       Basil Dorsey Junior and made Oath on the holy Evangelists of
       Almighty God that they respectively same as their respective
       Said William Cromwell Senior and Nathan Hughes Parties
       to the within Deed respectively Sign Seal and deliver the same
       as their respective Act and Deed for the uses therein mentioned
       and that they did also see the Said William Cromwell Sign
