122) part or parcel thereof and as our ^any^ or either of our Deed or Deeds to Deliver unto the Party or Partys to whom the Said Conveyance or Conveyances shall be so made And We the Said Foster Cunliffe Sir Ellis Cunliffe and Robert Cunliffe do each of us Doth hereby Give and Grant unto him the Said Henry Callister our full Power and Authority in and touching the Premises to do Act and Perform all matters and things in and to the Premises requisite and necessary as fully as we any or either of us might or coud do if Personally Present And We do hereby ratify and Confirm all and whatsoever our Said Attorney Shall Legally do or Procure to be done in and touching the Premisses In Witness whereof We the Said Foster Cunliffe Sir Ellis Cunliffe and Robert Cunliffe have hereunto put our hands and Seals the eleventh day of March in the year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and fifty Seven Foster Cunliffe Seal Sealed and delivered Foster Cunliffe by in the Presence of Procuration of my Son Sir Ellis Seal Cunliffe Edw.d Barnes Robert Cunliffe Seal At the foot of the aforegoing Power of Attorney was thus Written Viz.t Edward Barnes and James Catherall the two Subscribing Witnesses to the above Written Letter or Attorney made oath on the Holy Evangels of Almighty God that they saw Foster Cunliffe Esq.r for himself and the Same Foster Cunliffe for his Son Sir Ellis Cunliffe and Robert Cunliffe Sign Seal and execute the Same Letter of Attorney and deliver the Same as the Act and Deed of them and every of them to the Uses Intents and Purposes in the ^same^ Letter of Attorney (mentioned) |
