       of Land together with Messuages Buildings and Improvements
       if any therein Erected or made herein after mentioned and which
       belong to or are the Property of us Some or one of us That is to Say
       All that Lott Tract or Parcel of Land with whatsoever Buildings
       and Improvements are thereon Erected or made Lying and being
       in Elk River in Cecil County in Maryland aforesaid commonly
       Called or known by the Name of Prices Adventure or by what other
       Name or Names the same Premises are or have been called
       Distinguished or known And all that Lott Tract or Parcell of Land
       with the Buildings and Improvements thereon Erected or made
       Lying and being on Chester River in Kent County in Maryland
       aforesaid and all those Six Lotts Tracts or Parcels of Land with
       whatsoever Buildings and Improvements are thereon Erected or
       made Lying and being in the Port and Town and Oxford
       in Talbot County in Maryland aforesaid And all that Lott
       Tract or Parcell of Land with whatsoever Buildings and
       Improvements are thereon Erected or made Lying and being
       on Choptank River in Dorchester County in Maryland
       aforesaid commonly called or Known by the name of Pig
       Point or by what other name or names the said Last mentioned
       Premises are or have been Called distinguished or Known
       And also all that Lott Tract or Parcel of Land with whatsoever
       Buildings and Improvements are thereon Erected
       or made Lying and being on or about Broad Creek in Talbot
       County aforesaid Commonly Called or Known by the name
       or Distinction of Hunt keepout or by what other name
       or Distinction the Same is Called or known, And
       We do Authorize and Impower our Said Attorney for us
       and in our my or either of our Name or Names to Sign
       and Seal the Deed or Deeds Conveyance or Conveyances
       of all and Singular the said Premises or any of them or any
