       Sum of five Shillings Current Money to him in hand paid
       at or before the Sealing and Delivery of these Presents the Receipt
       whereof is hereby acknowledged and the Said Michael Wallace
       his Executors and Administrators thereof acquitted and discharged
       Hath granted Bargained and Sold & by these Presents
       Doth Grant Bargain and Sell unto him the Said Michael
       Wallace his Executors Administrators and assigns a certain
       Tract of Land situate and lying in Cæcil County called
       Providence Beginning at a Corner marked white Oake standing
       on the west side of ^west^ Branch of Elk River at the selling ^into^ out of
       River of a Spring and running from thence by a Line West by South
       One hundred thirty and five perches then North by West Forty
       Perches then West One hundred fifty Six Perches then North two
       hundred and Eighteen perches then East three hundred and fifty
       Perches then South one hundred and ninety perches then West
       North West Sixty one Perches then by a Straight Line to the
       Place of Beginning containing and now laid out for five
       hundred Acres of Land more or less and the Revertion and
       Revertions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits
       thereof and of every Part and Parcell thereof To have and to
       hold the aforesaid Tract of Land and Premisses with the
       Appurtenances unto him the Said Michael Wallace his
       Executors Administrators and assigns from the day next
       before the day of the date of these Presents unto the full
       End and Term of One whole year from thence next ensuing
       fully to be compleat and Ended To the Intent and Purpose
       that the said Michael Wallace may be in the Actual
       Possession of the hereby Bargained and Sold Land and
       Premises with the appurtenances and may hereby
