       Thousand Seven hundred and fifty Seven
       Signed Sealed and Delivered by the
       aforementioned John Noble the Son     
       (being first Legally stampt) in                     John Noble   Seal
       The Presence of
             Alex.r Robb
             Nich.s Green
          William Willding
              John White


              At the foot of the aforegoing power of Attorney was thus Written Viz.t

          Prince Georges County fs.t
                                              We hereby certify that Alexander Robb and
       William Willding personally appeared before us two of his Lordships Justices
       of the peace for the County aforesaid and Province of Maryland and made Oath on
       the Holy Evangelists of Almighty God that they saw John Noble Sign Seal and
       Deliver the Annexed power of Attorney as his Act and Deed to and for the uses
       within mentioned and that the said John Noble Desired they woud Subscribe
       the same as Evidences
                            Sworn before us this 29.th day of June 1757

Ex.d         This Indenture made this twenty Eighth day of October
       in the year of our Lord seventeen hundred and fifty six Between
       Hugh Walker of Cecil County Planter of the one part and Michael
       Wallace of the Same County Farmer of the other part Witnesseth
       that the Said Hugh Walker for and in Consideration of the
